Good point. Most of us deserve to get kicked in the bottom by billions for our lifestyle choices as much as this desi guy deserves our criticism (and he damn well deserves it!).
Peyton going there may be cool, but as for the desi dude, he’s not doing his daughter a lot of good this way. I wonder what her sense of reality and money would be after things like these. Maybe the dude should donate 200K to some charity or start a trust in her name or something, that might help her see a side of life she probably has not been exposed to.

Shruti, I don’t think he deserves it. Most people think they have a right to spend their money as they want. I would agree with you if some politician does this kind of thing, but a private citizen like him can show off his wealth as he chooses.
Rah, yeah it seems fair, but not possible. You might need more than 200k to kick millions of butts, unless they all decide to come to your doorstep to get their bottoms kicked by your divine feet. Even the most charitable of the charitable have no right to judge other people on their spending ways, let alone regular desis like you and me who I’m sure are no way as big philanthropists as we pretend to be on the comments ! And as for how he raises his own daughter, and how he decides to celebrate her birthday, That’s None of our business either .
I guess one of the biggest things to come out from this story is how we desis JUDGE all the time.
