Filthy Hands

This is wicked cool [via Sandalwood Swara]. I wonder how one goes about requesting this at a pre-wedding mendhi party with all your female realtives around. I’m sure the groom will dig it.

  1. Too cool for school. Seriously, this is one of the best things ever posted on SM! Girls’ hands are already so sexy, this is crazy Asian hotness. Crasian.

  2. Having recently watched a whole bunch of mehndi application my first question is … how did they do that? I didn’t think they could do pictures that precise, or lines that narrow.

  3. Ennis, here’s an old friend of mine (well, friend of my girlfriend’s) who is one of the world’s best and a Guinness (mehendi) Record holder. As you can see in the gallery (can’t link directly, Flash page) the lines can get pretty narrow. Although granted these pics look kind of cartoony – perhaps they used a stencil?

  4. maybe photoshop or stencils or some nouveau riche turd getting a vassal to pop his/her eyes and get muscle cramps to indulge a whim – the traditional work is far more erotic than this “come on over hump my ass” application. Traditionally, the groom’s name is hidden – think steganography – in the intricate patterns applied on the arms and legs – the groom’s supposed to look for it – just a ruse to get to explore the feminine charms – a little bit of touch and tickle involved of course – of course, a little out of date, but charming none the less.

  5. Oooo sexy. How do you keep this from the aunties? I’m waiting for yo dad to read the post and comment on “yet another post about anatomy” and kick yo butt.

  6. Looks like a stencil to me – the images are too consistent. You try drawing the same human figure several times and see how consistently you can do it, especially on a curved surface with a squeeze tube of “ink.”

  7. Just tell your husband that he has to be wearing his turban to try any of them, just like in the pictures 😉

  8. It could be Photoshop…Nirvana restaurant in Beverly Hills (celeb hot spot) has the same types of images on their menus, and the owner said his graphics guy did them.

  9. I think it’s photoshopped…can’t see any lines on the palms. Wish it were real, tho.

  10. Agreed – the images don’t bend with the curves of the hands or figures either. I should have figured it out right away.

  11. It’s a really nice intricate pattern! though must be hard for this one..so detailed and thin the lines are! agree with you all that it could be photoshopped or sumthing but still its wayy cool!

  12. Saw this back in December on a friend’s PC. Photoshop does some amazing things 😉 I don’t think even the greatest of mehendi artists could get those tiny lines in the fingers, cones or strings. But it’s a cool picture all the same. And I’m just enraptured by that Ash Kumar site. Thanks for the link, Bong Breaker !

  13. haha thats from my blog sandalwoodswara, i found it on this random website, I’ll try and find the web address again

  14. funny – I have no more issues with asking for a girl’s hand

The issues come afterwards; some of them after about 9 months 🙂

  15. Is it just me, or do some of those designs on the ashkumar website look textured? That can’t be just mehndi…

  16. this is so disgustin how could someone do that to her hand. stupid people in this world. shame on that lady!!!!!!!!!!!!bitch.

  17. In our religion mehendi is considered as one of the sacred thing.I really dont understand how can some lady get it done on her hands. Shameless bitch……….and the person who has designed it is much more cheaper .
